Following the successful deployment of Oneview Healthcare’s patient engagement solution at Epworth Eastern in January this year, Epworth HealthCare is now pleased to announce the expansion of their point of care program across the Epworth HealthCare group over the next eighteen months.
Epworth Eastern Executive Director Louise O’Connor said today that the feedback from both patients and staff has been extremely positive.
“We see our Point of Care strategy as an integral part of patient care and we envisage meaningful workflow benefits from the system, along with a significant improvement in the patient experience,” Ms O’Connor said.
Chief Information Officer Karen Kinmont added that Oneview technology had managed the complex integrations with Epworth’s existing IT infrastructure, which demonstrated impressive ability and versatility.

As part of the ongoing relationship Louise O’Connor has agreed to join Oneview’s International Advisory Board with immediate effect and Oneview have confirmed the opening of a new office in Melbourne to support the partnership.
