Barbara is a public board director and C-level technology leader, who currently serves on three corporate boards. She has been CEO twice and led global P&Ls as large as US$3 billion in companies ranging from Fortune 500 leaders to VC-funded companies. Barbara has scaled from concept to over US$100M – US$200M, four times in three companies, delivering profitability each time. She brings over 15 years of P&L and general management experience in SaaS/cloud services, IaaS, cybersecurity, software, mobile, video, data management, storage, IT infrastructure, and semiconductors.
Mark was a non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Oneview Healthcare from December 2015 until December 2019. Mark is rejoining the Board after recently retiring from a distinguished 30-year career with Deutsche Bank and DWS Asset Management, most recently as CEO of DWS Americas & COO of DWS Group GmbH & Co. Mark was previously the Global Head of Audit for Deutsche Bank from March 2015 to December 2018.
Darragh is our Chief Financial Officer and leads our finance and commercial teams. Prior to joining Oneview, Darragh was CEO of Malin plc, a listed life sciences investment company, where he previously served as CFO from 2015 until his appointment as CEO in 2019. Prior to that, Darragh held senior finance positions in Elan Pharmaceuticals plc and worked with PwC in Dublin, the US and Canada. He is a graduate of Dublin City University and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Nashina is Chief Product & Marketing Officer (CPMO) for Nanthealth. Prior to Nanthealth, she was CPMO of UpHealth Inc. Nashina was Chief Product Officer at Cloudbreak Health LLC, a US telehealth company that was merged into UpHealth Inc. in June 2021. As a Board Member of Cloudbreak Health, as well as its Chief Product Officer, she was responsible for Product Marketing, Product Management and Requirements, UI design, Software Engineering, Implementation and Customer Experience. Prior to this, Nashina was the Chief Commercial Officer for LifeQ and has held leadership roles with Nantworks, Verifone and Qualcomm.
James Fitter has served as CEO of Oneview Healthcare since January 2013, leading the company’s remarkable transformation from a 10-person startup to a publicly traded entity in just over three years. His leadership has been instrumental in Oneview’s growth and success. With over 25 years of experience in global financial markets, including living and working on four continents, James brings a wealth of international business acumen to the role. Prior to Oneview, he founded and managed an independent asset management company and spent over a decade as a professional investor, corporate governance advocate and independent advisor.
Joseph joined Oneview in 2016 and assumed the role of Chairman upon the death of James Osborne. Joseph is also Chair of Fundraising for the Clongowes Wood College Foundation. Until the end of 2012, Joseph was a partner and global strategist at Autonomy Capital Research LLP, a global macro hedge fund. Prior to this, he held a number of senior positions at Lehman Brothers Inc, including Managing Director, Head of Global Strategy and trustee of their UK pension fund. Joseph resigned voluntarily as Chairman on 4 November 2019, and remained on the board as an Independent Director.

Des leads our engineering teams, focusing on solid agile principles to deliver incremental value to Oneview’s customers whilst ensuring that information security is at the forefront of all that we do. He has over 15 years’ experience working with engineering teams in Government Agencies and Financial Services.
Aoife runs our HR department, ensuring that our people in Oneview are looked after and that all of our policies, procedures and controls are in place for smooth operation. She has over 12 years experience working across a number of different industries including Legal, Financial Services & Technology on a global scale. Aoife started her career in the UK and returned to Ireland in 2016.
Declan leads our technology strategy & roadmap, continuously evolving the design of our software. He has over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry across multiple sectors.
Richard is our Head of Information Security and IT Operations across the organisation. He brings over 10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, internal support operations, service delivery and information security.

JP works closely across all functions within Oneview. He is responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the businesses daily operations are running effectively. He also plays a critical role in achieving the companies strategic objectives. He has over 20 years’ experience working in financial services, travel and education industries.
Niall leads product, implementation, and customer success as well as strategic partnerships. Prior to Oneview, he was in management consulting including roles with Accenture and Deloitte.
Toni leads our Learning & Development strategy and is an accredited coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She is also Company Secretary and has a proven track record in corporate governance and compliance. Previous to Oneview, Toni has held multidisciplinary roles within the Technology, Pharmaceutical, Hospitality and Education sectors spanning multi-nationals, SMEs and early-stage start-ups.
Nicki leads our Customer Success & Account Management team globally, with a focus on ensuring that Oneview clients can see the value in their investment. She has over 25 years healthcare experience both as a nurse and in healthcare technology supporting Clients as they navigate implementation, change management and post go-live support.
Shawn leads the Global Support, Technical Solutions, and System Engineering teams. He is a strong proponent of team learning and shared leadership. He has over fifteen years of experience growing technical and operations teams across healthcare, supply chain, marketing, retail, manufacturing, and distribution industries. Shawn serves as an advisor to a Midwest technical college on their data, visualization, and AI programs.
Aaron leads our Sales team in North America, overseeing sales strategy and pre-sales engineering. With extensive experience in healthcare IT, he previously played a key role at BJC Healthcare, leading IT initiatives for planning, design, and construction as part of their billion-dollar campus renewal project.
Jonathan heads our Global Project Management Office at Oneview Healthcare, bringing with him more than two decades of expertise in IT and PMO leadership. His extensive background encompasses IT infrastructure, software development as well as PMO quality assurance.
William leads our technical solutions team in Australia. He brings over ten years of experience delivering a wide range of software solutions globally, with a background in quality and risk management in healthcare.
Gavin leads the Care Team Apps development team, striving to deliver incremental value with every release. He brings over 20 years of software development experience to the role.
