December 12, 2016 – Chicago, IL: Oneview Healthcare PLC (“Oneview”) (ASX:ONE) the Australian-listed Irish healthcare company, today announced the signing of an Enterprise Agreement with BJC HealthCare (“BJC”) in St Louis, Missouri, USA for its market leading patient engagement solution.

While this agreement does not commit BJC to any specific orders, it will provide a framework to enable all BJC facilities to benefit from Oneview’s innovative platform to deliver a truly immersive patient experience. Oneview is currently deploying a proof of concept (“POC”) solution at one of BJC’s member facilities, the St. Louis Children’s Hospital in St Louis. If BJC is satisfied with the results of the POC, it can use this Enterprise Agreement to facilitate placing orders with Oneview for implementation of its products and services.
